She challenges conventional skincare trend, believing education should be driven by science and skin biology. Her approach is rooted in protecting the skin and helping both professionals and clients understand why we treat the skin the way we do.

Leigh is the leader in the client experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the elevated standard of Bethesda Wellness. She guides the front of the house experience, supports our team, oversees daily operations and ensures consistency in communication and service. She is a trusted resource for both client and staff alike and plays an important role of maintaining the Bethesda Standard.

Brittany is one of Bethesda Wellness’s longest standing estheticians, bringing many years of experience, a genuine love for skincare, and a nurturing presence to every appointment. She has always been fascinated by skincare ingredients and is constantly learning and educating herself so she can provide thoughtful, knowledgeable recommendations to her clients.

As a mom herself, Brittany has a special passion for caring for new and expecting moms. She understands how important it is to have a space where you can slow down, feel cared for, and simply take a moment for yourself. Her clients appreciate her calming nature, extensive knowledge, and the genuine care she brings to every treatment.

Paige began her Bethesda journey as an intern and quickly became someone we knew we wanted on our team. Her thoughtful approach and natural talent for creating deeply relaxing treatments stood out from the start.

Having experienced her own struggles with acne, Paige developed a passion for understanding the skin beyond the surface. She loves combining that knowledge with her exceptional touch to create treatments that are both incredibly relaxing and results-driven. Paige is passionate about educating her clients, understanding the whole picture, and helping them feel confident in their skin.

McKenna

McKenna brings years of experience, a gentle touch, and a genuinely caring presence to every appointment. She is known for making her clients feel comfortable, cared for, and completely at ease. Her warm personality and thoughtful approach make every visit with McKenna feel like time well spent.
